Step 1
In a large pan over medium heat, add canola oil. Once hot, add onion. Sauté until slightly browned.
Step 2
Add garlic, ginger and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms have cooked down.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, brown sugar and sriracha mixture. Stir into mixture until well combined.
Step 4
Add tofu and fold in. Serve with rice and green onion.
