Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water with a little salt and oil.
Gently stir-fry the onion in a Dutch oven with the oil for 1 minute. Then add the ham or smoked tempeh and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Chop the apple and tomato and add them to the pan. Heat through
Add the parsley and the garlic, and season.
Place the cooked and drained pasta on two plates, top with the sauce, and serve.
