Step 1
Cook the merguez and the pasta.
Step 2
When the pasta is al dente, take it off the fire.
Add the spinach to the pan with the merguez when they are nearly cooked.
Step 3
When the spinach is cooked, add the cheese and the cream.
When the sauce has the consistency you like, add the pasta and let it cook a bit more in the sauce.
Step 4
Try and serve the pasta in a stylish kind of way, add the egg yolk on top, with salt and pepper
