Instructions
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, whisk protein powder, rolled oats, and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, add soy milk, cold water and bring to a light boil.
Step 3
Reduce to low heat, stir in the dry ingredients mixed before. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid is almost absorbed by oats and the texture of the oats softened.
Step 4
Remove from the heat. Cover and set aside for a few minutes until creamy and thick.
Step 5
Serve with banana, a tsp of peanut butter, soy yogurt and chocolate chips.
