I had a ladies lunch at Interstates when I was an intern. Someone made guacamole, and this is the recipe they sent.

Instructions
Step 1
Add cut up Avocadoes and smash them down.
Step 2
Mix in salt, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and lime – and taste as you are going.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, onion and cilantro last.
