Instructions

Step 1
Add the spices and seasoning to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large saucepan on medium heat and fry the onions and peppers until softening.
Step 3
Mix in the nuts, chickpeas, dried fruit and couscous and then put over the boiling water. Turn off the heat and leave to stand for 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Mix in the seasoning and then gently stir on low heat for a minute before serving.
