Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cut the peppers in half.
Step 3
Simmer peppers in water for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the rice.
Step 5
Dice the chicken into bite size chunks.
Step 6
Cook the chicken.
Step 7
Cut up onion and celery and add to large mixing bowl.
Step 8
Add cooked chicken and cooked rice to mixing bowl.
Step 9
Add sauce to bowl and stir.
Step 10
In separate little bowl, mix mayo and curry.
Step 11
Fold mayo mix into the large mixing bowl.
Step 12
Place peppers in casserole dish open side up, with a quarter inch of water on the bottom.
Step 13
Spoon the mixture into and on top of the peppers.
Step 14
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
