Instructions
Step 1
Base- 2.5 cups flour, 1 TSP test, .5 TSP salt. Same of pepper, oregano, mix ingredients together.

Base- I cup warm water, gradually pour into dry ingredients, mix ingredients

Base- mix well. Dust surface with flour, knead, leave for 1 hour in a bowl in kitchen

Sauce- blend basil salt pepper oil and garlic taste. Here's your pesto

Base- roll out base into baking trays, oil trays a little before placing base on them
Step 6
If you want stuffed crusts, cheese and sauce to edge, then fold in edges.Spread pesto onto base, spread puree, then cheese, onion (circles) , chilli, cheese, tomatoes.
Step 7
Bake for 25-30 mins at 180 Celsius
