3 Tbspsauerkraut water
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1red bell pepper
finely chopped
salt

ground black pepper
to taste
brown sugar

1egg
beaten
Pastry wrap
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil and add the sliced onion sprigs, when the colour intensifies add the pepper, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the minced meat, kraut water and sauce, cook till meat is cooked.
Step 3
Add chopped garlic and parsley and give a good stir, season to taste.
Step 4
Sprinkle a pinch of sugar, turn of the stove and stir well.
Step 5
Turn the oven on 200°C and get the preferred wrap out the fridge. I used a shop bought gluten free one, but any will do.
Step 6
Cut the wrap in half, top a tad more than half with the mince filling. Cut the corners off and squeeze the dow wrap up and press at the cut off corners.
Step 7
If too open, use the cut off pieces to add on. If it doesn't want to stick then used the beaten egg as "glue".
Step 8
Brush with a beaten egg and pout a TSP of the egg in the top here and there.
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes and serve. I enjoyed it with my homemade sweet chilli and garlic sauce.
Step 10
There will be filling left over, use for filled omelettes, quiche or lasagne; or make 2 more and freeze.
