Instructions
Step 1
Cut up chicken into tiny pieces, lightly season with salt and pepper

Step 2
In a wok, add olive oil, garlic, and chicken and sauté.




Step 3
Meanwhile, start a separate pot of water to boil.
Step 4
Once chicken is fully cooked, set aside on a plate. In the same wok, add all the vegetables and cook until softened
Step 5
Add the rice noodles to the boiling water.
Step 6
Add the stir fry sauce of your choosing to the vegetables
Step 7
After a couple of minutes, mix in the chicken and rice noodles. Mix thoroughly.
