Step 1
Start rice in rice cooker.
Step 2
Brown venison in covered cast iron skillet over high heat, separating meat as it cooks.
Step 3
Once browned through, add 1 tbsp Chili Powder, 2 tsp Cumin, and 1 tsp each of Paprika, Cayenne, and Garlic powder. Add about 1 cup of water, stir together and recover, cooking over medium-high to high heat until water has evaporated. Stir occasionally. Add 2 pinches of salt and pepper prior to serving.
Step 4
As meat cooks, add 1 1/2 diced onions to small pot with oil over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Stir occasionally until sautéed.
Step 5
Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender to make green sauce.
