2 Cwhole almonds
chopped
1 Cwhole peanuts
chopped
1 Tlinseeds
3 Tchia seeds
0.25 Cpumpkin seeds
0.25 Csunflower seeds
0.5 Cwhole hazelnuts
chopped
1 Crolled oats
1 ¼ tcinnamon
2 tbrown sugar
0.5 Ccoconut threads

Instructions
Step 1
Add all granola ingredients together
Step 2
Melt honey and coconut oil over a low heat until liquid, then mix in to granola and coat everything well
Step 3
Cook in a thin layer on a baking tray at 160 degrees for 20 mins, mixing every 5 minutes or so
Step 4
Add cranberries and cook for another 5 mins until everything is golden brown
Step 5
Leave to cool, then mix in feijoa bits
