Instructions
Step 1
Start boiling water in a pot on the stove for the gluten free noodles.
Step 2
While the noodles are cooking, cut all of your vegetables into bite sized pieces except the carrots. Use a peeler to shred the carrots.
Step 3
Put all of your cut vegetables in an extra large bowl and mix together.
Step 4
When the noodles are done, rinse and let them cool off before adding to the bowl. Once cool, mix them in with the vegetables.
Step 5
Add 1/2 cup gluten free italian dressing to the veggies and pasta. Gradually add more while mixing well until everything has been coated. Be careful not to add too much
Step 6
Once everything is mixed together, refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow time for the flavors to mingle. Enjoy!
