Instructions
Step 1
rinse the rice and cook with 2 cups of water.
Step 2
heat the can of coconut milk with the sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
mix in a cup of the coconut milk mixture into the cooked rice and stir until just combined.
Step 4
combine cornstarch with 2 tbs water and add into the remaining coconut milk mixture.
Step 5
heat the coconut milk mixture to the desired thickness.
Step 6
serve with cut up mango and sesame seeds.
