Instructions
Step 1
Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and sriracha and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium high heat for about 2 minutes. While the skillet heats, toss the peppers with the olive oil.
Step 3
Carefully, place the peppers in a single layer in the hot skillet and let them sear until blistered on the first side, about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn with tongs and blister the other side.
Step 4
Transfer the blistered peppers to a plate or bowl and sprinkle with the salt. Serve with the aioli.
