Breakfast Biscuit Pizza

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, add the biscuit mix and grated butter. Combine until the butter coated. Make a well in your bowl and then add the cold buttermilk. Combine until the mixture becomes a dough. On a floured surface, roll out dough about 1 inch thick into a flatbread shape. Transfer onto a baking tray and brush with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with sausage gravy, breakfast potatoes, bacon and cheese. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Cut into squares and enjoy!
