1 x 12 ozlinguine
2 x 6.5 ozchopped clams
cans
1 Tbspbutter
¼ cupolive oil
1 x 8 ozfresh mushrooms
Sliced
3garlic cloves
minced
⅓ cupdry white wine
2 Tbspfresh basil
chopped
2 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
2 tspItalian seasoning
crushed
¼ tspfreshly ground black pepper
⅛ tspdried red pepper
crushed
1lemon
zested & juiced
Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in a Dutch oven according to package directions. Drain and return to Dutch oven; set aside.
Step 2
Drain clams, reserving juice.
Step 3
Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and garlic, and saute 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add clams, white wine, herbs, and lemon; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes.
Step 4
Sir reserved clan juice into pasta in Dutch oven; cook over medium heat; add mushroom mixture, tossing to coat. Garnish, if desired.
