300graw chicken breast
130gmixed veggies

2egg whites
280gbasmati rice
cooked
1 tspsesame oil
3 Tbspsoy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Cube up your chicken breast, marinate with olive oil, garlic & onion powder, black pepper and soy sauce. Mix till combined

Step 2
Get a pan on high heat, spray oil and cook the chicken for 3-4 mins each side till golden brown (careful not to burn or overcook!) then set aside.

Step 3
Same pan medium heat, add your mixed veg and green onion. Cook for 2-3 mins then push to the side of the pan. Add your eggs and keep stirring till scrambled then mix all together

Step 4
Add the cooked rice and the chicken back in. Top with extra soy sauce and sesame oil (tip: spray more oil over the pan for that fried rice texture). Give it a final mix & SERVE!
