Ingredients

1.5 lbchicken thighs

0.5onion
chopped

2bell peppers
chopped

3cloves garlic
minced

1can corn
rinsed and drained

1can black beans
rinsed and drained
1can fire roasted tomatoes green chiles

1 packagetaco seasoning

½ csalsa

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

2 cupschicken broth

1 cupwater

2juice of limes

4 ozcream cheese

fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Blend tomatoes and salsa until smooth
Step 2
Add all ingredients except cream cheese and cilantro to crockpot
Step 3
Cook for 8 hours on low or high for 3 hours
Step 4
Take chicken out and shred it then add back in
Step 5
Stir in cream cheese and cilantro
Step 6
Serve with tortilla chips
