Step 1
Also rack to top position and preheat oven to 425F.
Step 2
Heat drizzle of olive oil in small pot. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in rice, 1.5c water, and pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Toss green beans on a baking sheet with oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12-15 minutes.
Step 4
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil over medium high heat and cook 3-5 minutes per side.
Step 5
Add jam, ponzu, Sriracha, and 1/3c water to chicken pan after it's been removed until thickened.
