Instructions
Step 1
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil, add your tortellini and cook according to package directions.

In the meantime, add your butter and olive oil to a large pan set to low/medium heat.

Add your fresh garlic, pepper, and sauté for about a minute.

Add your heavy whipping cream and bring to a simmer for about 3 minutes, or until it reduces slightly.

Once reduced, add the juice of your lemon, stirring often so the mixtures doesn't curdle.

Add your parmesan cheese and mix until melted and sauce thickens.

Add your spinach, chicken, cooked tortellini, and a little bit of pasta water and combine.
