Creamy Fajita Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
1. Fry onion and garlic in a non stick pan until soft 2. Add capsicum to pan and cook with a lid until tender 3. Add fajita seasoning and seasoning to taste 4. Add cream cheese and mix through to cook until warm 5. Meanwhile cook pasta according to packet instructions 6. Add some pasta water to the sauce to loosen before adding the pasta and parmesan
