Step 1
Add olive oil to a pot over medium-high heat. Saute the onion and garlic for about 3-4 minutes until fragrant and a pinch of s&p.
Step 2
Next, add the dry pasta, along with the yogurt, broccoli more olive oil, red pepper flakes and the broth. Stir very well to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot and from sticking together. You also want to keep stirring so the yogurt doesn't curdle. Cover, turn heat to a medium low and cook until the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is al dente. - this took 11 minutes with this pasta.
Step 3
Remove cover, add 3/4 cup of the cheese, continuing to stir until everything is coated. Plate your food and add remaining cheese on top, black pepper and enjoy!
