Instructions

Step 1
In a pot over medium heat, combine squash, potato, coconut milk, water and Yondu. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Blend until smooth and creamy (using blender /immersion blender).

Step 2
Meanwhile, in a pan over medium heat combine hazelnut and sage with oil and cook for a couple of minutes until sage turns a few shades darker.

Serve the soup topped with hazelnut, sage and chocolate.
