Step 1
Combine and blend cottage cheese, tomato paste, milk, grated Parmesan, garlic cloves and 1 tsp garlic salt
Step 2
Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic salt. Grill or air fry (375 for 15 minutes)
Step 3
Mix sauce with pasta, spinach, and sundried tomatoes
Step 4
Add chicken, and top with red pepper flakes and parsley
