Instructions
Step 1
Generously coat one side of the griddle with oil. Add a lot pot to the other side, set to low, to be used later.
Step 2
Add pork tenderloin cubes and spread into single layer. next add chicken thighs separately and spread into single layer. Season meat with cajun seasoning. Allow meat to sear for a few minutes before stirring.
Step 3
Turn the meat over and cook the other side, adding more cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Stir together pork and chicken and then scoop up and add to the pot. Clean and scrape and stuck on bits leftover and steam off with water. Add more oil to cleaned griddle and spread evenly.
Step 5
Add cajun trinity to the oil and spread out. After the veggies have cooked down a little bit, squirt water over it to steam. Let cook for a few minutes until soft.
Step 6
When the veggies have cooked down, add garlic and stir to combine. Cook for about 1 minute, then scoop and add to the pot.
Step 7
Add crawfish to griddle and season with cajun seasoning. Cook for a few minutes then add to the pot.
Step 8
Turn the pot side burner up to medium and stir together everything in it. In the meantime, clean the other side of the griddle.
Step 9
To the pot, add just enough water to just cover. Next add Kitchen Bouquet and stir. Cover with lid and let simmer for a few minutes.
Step 10
After a few minutes, remove lid and stir. Next add in bowtie pasta and more water as needed. Stir to combine, cover and let boil for about 7-8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Step 11
When the noodles are cooked, remove from heat and serve.
