Step 1
On trivet instapot cleaned chopped zucchini and cleaned tomatillos without leaf for 1 minute until mushy.
Step 2
Add All ingredients except oil to Vitamix and process to desired creaminess. It will start to steam and heat up.
Step 3
Start with 1 to 2 tablespoons of avocado oil and blend, add more to desired flavor. Add more lime and spices until flavor is at desired level.
Step 4
Enjoy warm and taste like hollandaise great to dip on zucchini bell peppers and carrot chips. Enjoy cold as guacamole any veggie you want to dip.
