Instructions

Step 1
Stuffing: 1.In a pot add the oil and butter and then the diced onion, salt, oregano, garlic and red chili pepper. Cook for 5 min. 2.Add the red bell pepper and let it cook our preparation, stirring for 10 min. 3.Next add the chopped seafood in small cubes, cook until it comes to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of flour mix, cook for 2 min, add the chopped parsley and remove from heat and let it rest for 4 hours.

Dough: 1.In a bowl, place the flour, salt and make a volcano and add the melted butter along with the hot water. Mix everything until you get an even dough. 2.Then divide the dough into 4 equal parts and with a rolling pin stretch the dough until you have a long dough 2mm thick. 3.With a circular runner the size of a cup plate, cut 24 circles and fill with 2 tablespoons of seafood pine, wet the dough contour and close the empanadas by pressing on the edge with a fork or mold. 4.In a frying pan with oil, heat it until it reaches 170ºC (test with a small piece of dough, if it floats immediately it is ready to fry), fry for 3 min. or until golden brown.
