XL Pork Schnitzel Burrito With Pineapple Salsa 🍍

I had pineapple that needed to be cut up and used asap and wanted to use it in different ways other than just adding it to my breakfast. So this is my version of a sweet, spicy and sour flavour fiesta. 🍍💃🏼

Wrap

Lebanese Wheat Wrap

Instructions

Step 1
Mash the avocado, yoghurt and spices together with diced coriander and lime to taste.
Step 2
Dice the pineapple, one tiny red onion, pickled jalapeño, juice from the jalapeño jar and coriander and mix together.
Step 3
Fry the breaded pork fillet on high heat
Step 4
Warm up the wrap
Step 5
Put the avocado cream on the wrap as a base, followed by the pork cut up into strips and top it with the salsa. Fold the wrap into a burrito and enjoy.
