Instructions

Step 1
Add the pork mince to a large bowl with soy sauce, spring onions, diced garlic, and red chillies. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and then, with your hands, form into meatball-sized round balls.
Step 2
After the balls are formed, heat olive oil and fish sauce in a large flat pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Once hot and on the point of sizzling, add meatballs and allow them to cook.
Step 4
With the pan hot, add snow peas, cabbage, and soy sauce and allow them to cook. In the sauce, add the meatballs rolling them periodically to cook them all the way through.
Step 5
Take a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add brown rice noodles and allow these to cook for about 10 minutes while you prepare other parts of the recipe.
Step 6
After each ball is cooked completely through (cut one open to check middle for any red area left), add coriander to the hot oil and cook just for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Step 7
Once brown rice noodles are cooked, drain the water and toss noodles with meatballs, snow peas, coriander, and remaining sauce in the pan.
