cut thin with peeler
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl. Set water to boil with salt.
Step 2
Brown pork with white scallion parts & garlic.
Step 3
Add pasta to boiling water (watch closely & drain when al-dente).
Step 4
Add peas & carrots; add 2-3 Tbsp water & cook to desired doneness. Add sauce & mix.
Step 5
Add cooked pasta & 2 Tbsp pasta water to hot vegetable skillet. Mix until flavors have mixed.
