Step 1
Cut baby bok choy into quarters. Separate bit leaves from stem and rinse thoroughly.
Step 2
Mix seasoning and sauce.
Step 3
On medium high, toast mushroom with sprinkle of salt until slightly dried and browned. Put olive oil and fry until shrunken and golden brown. Set aside.
Step 4
Fry garlic and ginger slightly on medium for a few seconds. Turn heat to high and put in baby bok choy. Stir fry until shrunken.
Step 5
Put in sauce and cook for a few more seconds and serve.
