Manicotti
If you’re looking for a Quick, easy and delicious dinner then make Manicotti. Combine the filling ingredients (Ricotta, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, egg, and seasonings) in a large bowl and set aside. Boil manicotti shells for 5 minute, Drain and rinse with cool water. Stuff the shells, use your favorite marinara sauce then bake, serve with some garlic bread and enjoy.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Make the filling by combining together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, egg, parsley and seasonings and set aside.

2. Boil the manicotti shells in salted water for 5 minutes then drain and rinse with cold water.

3. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 4
4. Divide cheese mixture evenly among the 14 manicotti noodles stuffing each one full (you can do this using a large piping bag, or a ziplock bag).

5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 6
6. Align stuffed manicotti over marinara layer in a single layer in the baking dish. Pour the rest of the marinara sauce evenly over filled manicotti noodles (you can either cover pasta entirely, or just cover with a row of sauce down the center. Sprinkle about 1 more cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 7
7. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven until cooked through, about 35 to 40 minutes, or until cheese has melted through to center. Serve warm garnish with parsley and enjoy.
