Extra, or any lean cut beef
5Garlic Cloves
Diced
20gLight Butter
Nuttelex Light
1 tspsalt
1 tspgarlic powder
2 tsponion powder
1 TspParsley Flakes
potatoes only
1 tspblack pepper
2 TspSmoked Paprika
potatoes only

Instructions
Step 1
put diced potatoes in a bowl and mix with 1Tsp Olive Oil, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 2 TSP Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes, 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
Step 2
400 degrees Air Fry 20-25 min or oven bake 25- 30 Min
Step 3
Cut Beef in bite size pieces and combine 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 2 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Black Pepper
Step 4
in blender mix 300ml fat-free Evaporated Milk, 20g Parmesan cheese, 1 Tsp Orgeono
Step 5
Cook steak bites on high until crispy. when browned add 20g light butter & 6 Diced Garlic Cloves on Low heat
Step 6
Remove Steak & add 150ml beef stock, add blended sauce, light cream, 1 Tsp smoked paprika, 2 Tsp chicken Stock Powder. Mix and simmer for 5 min

equally distribute and cover with sauce
