Step 1
*Airfry potatoes halfway, before step 3 for softer potatoes.
Step 2
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, spices and crushed garlic in a small bowl
Step 3
Cut the potato into 1 inch pieces
Step 4
Put the chicken and potatoes together in a baking dish, dump the marinade on top and mix with thoroughly with your hands
Step 5
Bake at 400 for 45-50 min
Step 6
Serve with rice
