Instructions

Step 1
Sift flour into a large bowl, add baking powder, soda and salt

Mix in sugar, pine nuts and sultanas
Step 3
Add mashed bananas and beaten eggs
Step 4
Stir in the grated carrot and courgette
Step 5
Add the oil and beat for a minute until we’ll mixed
Step 6
Place in lined 23cm baking tin and bake for 50-60 mins at 180 degrees centigrade
Step 7
For the frosting beat cheese, butter and vanilla till smooth. Gradually add the icing sugar and leave to stand until it is a spreadable consistency
