Step 1
In a pot add the oats, chia seeds, coconut milk, water and vanilla extract.





Step 2
Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes, use a whisk to stir.
Step 3
Divide the porridge into 4 bowls, and top with the sliced banana, berries, maple syrup and sea salt.
