Ingredients
2 servings
0.5white cabbage
finely diced
5mini cucumbers
finely diced
1avocado
large, cubed
0.5red onion
finely diced, you can also use 2 small shallots
1 handfulcilantro
large, minced
⅓ cupalmonds
heaping, toasted and cooled
for the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the components of the salad in a bowl, and mix well.
Step 2
For the sauce, grab a food processor, dump everything in, and blend until smooth. Season to taste.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the salad, toss well, and serve up however you like!
