Step 1
1. ) In a bowl add your beef and seasonings and patty out 4 burger patties and set aside.
Step 2
2.) In a large fry pan add bacon and cook until desired doneness.
Step 3
3.) In the same fry add your brussel sprouts and pistachios. Cook until brussels sprouts are tender (If more oil is needed add the olive oil). Set aside. 4.) Now would be a great time to toast your brioche bun while your burger cooks.

5.) In the same fry pan you used to cook the bacon and brussels sprouts, you can now cook your patties to the level of doneness you prefer, (leather or mooing).

6.) Building your burger will go as follows: Bottom bun, burger patty, bacon, dollop of sour cream, brussel sprout mix, and top bun.
