Non dairy Broccoli, Rice and Chicken casserole. This is very simple and basic seasoning that kids will like. Can be spiced up individually with a little Slap ya Mama or other favorite.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice in chicken stock or use Knorr granules
Step 2
Cook the chicken with a little seasoning like lemon pepper.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except cheese
Step 4
Spray a large 9x13 casserole dish. Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with cheese
Step 5
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Quick temperature should read 160-165°
