Step 1
1. Prepare. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Prepare the steak and vegetables. Place the steak, bell peppers, and onion on the baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the salt over the top.

3. Prepare the spice mix. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Mix well and then sprinkle over the steak and vegetables. Stir to evenly coat.

4. Cook the fajitas. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the steak is done and the vegetables are cooked through.

5. Assemble. Spoon into the tortillas. Serve and enjoy.

TIP: I like to wrap my tortillas in aluminum foil and place them in the oven for the last 5 minutes of the baking time. Otherwise you can place them on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.
