Ingredients
12 servings

1 lbturkey sausage
or you can use any kind of ground meat and put seasonings in it to make it taste like sausage

1 tspcrushed red peppers
more if you want it hotter

1white onion
large diced

4 Tbsbacon
crumbled, optional

2 tspgarlic puree
or use more if you use garlic powder, to desired taste

10 cupswater

5 tspchicken bouillon

1 cpheavy cream
or you can use milk and a little cornstarch to give it a bit of thickness if cream is too costly

4potatoes
large, sliced

1 bunchkale
Instructions
Step 1
Saute sausage with crushed red peppers and drain off the fat. Remove it from the pan and saute bacon onions and garlic in the same pan until onions are soft.



Step 2
Mix bouillon and water let sit until bouillon is dissolved.


Step 3
Add potatoes to the water mixture and cook until soft, about 1/2 an hour.

Step 4
Add onions bacon and garlic and heavy cream or milk mixture.


Step 5
Add sausage and stir it in.

Step 6
Chop kale and add last. You can stir it in and let it cook a little or you can leave it uncooked. Whichever you like more.
