Instructions

Step 1
Mix all together aside from salt and chocolate chips until combined and let sit for 30mins
Step 2
Add salt and a small amount of water to dissolve it into dough and knead until it holds shape let sit for 1hour
Step 3
Stretch and fold with 4 turns and let sit for 90 mins. 2x
Step 4
Laminate, add in chocolate chips or other add-ins, and shape.
Step 5
Add to floured bowl and cover. Place in fridge for 6-10hours
Step 6
Set oven for 475 degrees and put such oven inside.
Step 7
Take dough from the fridge and place on parchment paper seam side down.
Step 8
Flour and score.
Step 9
Add to duchoven once preheated.
Step 10
Bake for 25mins with lid on.
Step 11
Bake 15 more mins with lid off.
Step 12
Let cool before cutting
