Instructions

Step 1
Cut tofu into small, square pieces. Pat dry until moisture is removed.
Step 2
Mix together all ingredients (other than tofu) in a bowl.
Step 3
Heat up a pan and drizzle neutral oil.
Step 4
Pan fry the tofu for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Once fried, pour the sauce into the pan. Let it reduce for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve tofu and garnish with green onion.
