Instructions

Step 1
Heat a large nonstick frying pan to medium. Add oil.
Step 2
Add cabbage mix and cook 2-3 minutes until softened. Add meat and break up with spatula. Mix in with cabbage and cook 3-5 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Add Gochujang, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until well-incorporated. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, garlic, green onion and water to create sauce.
Step 5
Build tacos by adding meat/veggies and top with mayo mix. Eat and enjoy!
