In a medium bowl mix everything except the seeds - to a smooth dough Line 2 baking sheets with paper Shape a heaped teaspoon of dough into a ball - roll in sesame seeds and place on baking sheet Using the base of a glass press down on the ball to lightly flatten it 7-8mm thick Repeat Makes approx 14 cookies Cool for 15 mins Bake in the middle of a preheated oven for 8 minutes - 180c The cookies will be very soft when first cooked take out of oven and leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes
