1.5 lbkidney beans

2 lbspaghetti sauce

2onions
organic, chopped

2 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbspcumin

2 Tbspcoriander

1 Tbspgranulated garlic

1 Tbspsmoked paprika

2 tspcayenne pepper

1 Tbspvegetable seasoning

¼ cupcocoa powder

1 Tbspsea salt

2 Tbspsugar

Step 1
Soak your beans overnight. In a large pot, turn stove top to medium high once hot add ground beef and bones and sear till brown, add onions, cook for a few more minutes add all your spices cook for a few more minutes, then add beans sauce bring to a simmer turn to low and cover and cook for 3-5 hours.
