Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in instant pot on saute mode. Cook diced onion and chopped garlic until onions are translucent, then add beyond beef. Cook until slightly browned. Add canned tomatoes, sauce, beans, and corn. Stir in all spices, adding more or less of each according to preference.
