Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan
Step 2
Add hashbrown, cooked sausage, onion, bell pepper and 1 1/2 cup of cheese to dish and mix
Step 3
In a large bowl mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture over hashbrown mixture and top with remaining cheese
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes
