Design Situation The most basic thing you need to live is food, and unlike other countries, Australia is lucky enough to have an abundance of food, cheaply grown with high nutritional content. We have easy access to any basic food we need, and we should take advantage of that and eat healthy food when we can. Most of the time, Hamburgers are shown as unhealthy, but cheap and convenient options. Adolescents should eat relatively healthy meals throughout their growth, but also lack the capability to cook complex meals. Hamburgers have the potential to be a perfect, easy to cook yet healthy option for adolescents to make on a day to day basis. Limitations and Design Constraints Like most recipes, there are some restraints that you must have. However, this recipe has more restraints than other recipes. The burger must be healthy enough for an Adolescent Suitable to an Adolescents skill level, for example no deep frying or something involving blistering hot oils.
